What time are pig races?Saturday and Sunday afternoons, Sometime Friday nights. Schedule of entertainment is posted when you walk through the ticket building. We post the weekend schedule on Facebook.

What time are campfires?Campfires are on Friday and Saturday nights in front of the stage. To guarantee space at a bonfire, we recommend reserving online.

What time is the Candy Cannon fired?Candy Cannon is fired after each pig race, near the Kettle Corn Building on Saturdays and Sundays.

How does my band apply to perform at Denver Downs?The band scheduling is done in advance. Please email info@DenverDownsFarm.com.

Can we take photos?Yes!

Can professional photographers take photos?Yes- professional photographers are welcome! Either during our public hours or may reserve private photo shoot times.

Do adults have to pay to get in?Yes, ages 3 and up must pay admission.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash and card. There is a fee for credit cards at the field.

Do you offer any discounts online?Tickets are discounted online and are more expensive at the gate. Group discounts are sold online. Special arrangements can be made for really large groups.

Do we need to pay to park?No, parking is free!

When is the best time to come to Denver Downs?It is fun to come during the day or in the evening. Or just stay all day! During the day, all activities are open and on Saturday and Sundays we have the pig races, candy cannon, and live music for entertainment. In the evening (Friday and Saturday nights), all the activities are open and we have a Pumpkin Lights Trail to walk through, and campfires and live music for entertainment. Most of the concessions close around 9pm.

Why are Thursdays in the fall "discount days"?Maze, mega slide mountain, and all barnyard activities are open, but there are limited concessions available and no live entertainment. Outside picnics are welcome. Thursdays have fewer hours than other festival days.

Are there refunds for rain?We don't give refunds due to rain. Ticket insurance is available for purchase for online tickets if you may need a refund.

Do you give military and veteran discounts?Our opening weekend of the Fall Festival is always our Hometown Heroes weekend. Military, Veterans, and first responders get into the event for ½ price with ID at the gate. Thank you for your service!

Do you offer discounts to grandparents?Yes. We have "Grandparents Day at the maze" at the end of the fall festival with discounts. See Facebook for event details.

What age is Denver Downs most appropriate for?It really is for all ages! We have activities for toddlers, while older children and teenagers enjoy the slide mountain and navigating their way through the maze. Adults enjoy the entertainment, activities like the ball zone, mountain slide, and of course the maze.

If I buy my ticket online, do I have to print it out?No, a QR code will be emailed to you. We can scan from your phone or look up your information if necessary. No worries.

Do you have season passes?Yes- we sell season passes for the Fall Festival.

Do you ever have sales?We have a pre-season sale for tickets and season passes at a significant discount.

Is Denver Downs wheelchair accessible?Yes, we do have a lot of guests that come visit our farm in wheelchairs. We do have handicapped parking on the right side of the ticket building. There are always handicapped port o potties at our events. Remember this is a farm and a big field, while most of the center "in field" area is level there are some areas that get muddy occasionally or are steep.

Do you have restrooms?Since we are just open for seasonal events - we have portable toilets. We try very hard to keep them clean and pleasant. We will always have an handicapped portable toilets at events. There is a handwashing station.

Do you ever close due to bad weather?Yes, if it is dangerous weather or a huge, uncomfortable downpour then we will be closed. Check Facebook for updates.

Do any activities close if there is a light drizzle?Yes- if there is any rain - we will temporarily close the jumping pillow, ziplines, and possibly the mega slide mountain. We will re-open as soon as all clear.

Is there any recommended attire?Wear closed toed shoes (tennis shoes). Flip flops or sandals are not as safe for playing at the farm (for any ages). Please wear shoes at all times at the farm (except while on the jumping pillows). Dress in layers- if you stay all day- you may be hot early- and chilly later in the day.

Do you have a gift shop?We have a retail store in our ticket building that is open during our public hours. We sell some souvenir gift items, stuffed animals, books, toys, private label pickles, jams, and jellies.

Can I leave and come back later in the day?Yes - your admission is good for all day.

Are Pets Allowed?Yes, dogs are allowed this year for an admission fee of $10.

What are your busiest and slowest times to visit?October Saturday and Sundays are the busiest days. Friday Nights are not usually that busy. Weekends in September and November are the slowest days to join us. Fun no matter what!

Are there restrictions on any activities?Ziplines are limited to age over 4 and a weight limit of 200 lbs. The mega mountain slide and jumping pillows are not recommended for those with any health concerns.

Do you allow costumes at Denver Downs?Yes, and we have costume contests for adults and children! However, we do not allow guests to scare other guests.

Are there any rules/restrictions to follow?-No throwing Pumpkins or Corn. -No scarring other guests. -Stay on the paths in the corn maze, flower patch and Pumpkin Lights Trail. -Flowers that are cut / picked must be purchased.

Do you give out donations?Denver Downs will donate a set amount of tickets to charitable fundraisers throughout the year. Please fill out a form on our website well in advance. We can't guarantee delivery during our open seasons.
