Bring friends and family to explore the 12-acre labyrinth! Navigate to the 12 checkpoints hidden in the maze, and answer trivia about our farm posted at each checkpoint. There is also a Maze QR code game that you can check in at the maze entrance, each station, and maze exit to figure out your completion time. Top times are posted on FaceBook throughout the season. The Fairy Tale Trail
All the little farmers and ‘junior visitors’ to the maze will enjoy reading the story “Jack and the Cornstalk” near the entrance of the maze.
We enjoy a delightful partnership with The Fairy Tale Trail to share their farm-friendly adaptations of timeless fairy tales — taking children on magical adventures and connecting them to the world of agriculture.
At Night: The Flashlite Maze
Bring your flashlights and glow sticks to help you find your way through the maze after dark! Extra challenging! Then reward yourself and friends with S’Mores at the bonfires.
And remember, this maze at Denver Downs Farm is never haunted … it’s only slightly spooky at night! Good for families and younger visitors.
What’s your time?
Use your phone to record finding each checkpoint and how long it takes you to navigate the maze. Scan the QR code on the Maze Entrance sign, at checkpoints, and at the exit sign. When you finish, you will be entered into a drawing for prizes. The fastest times will be posted on Facebook.
It’s not trivial …
And it adds to the excitement of exploring the maze! For fun as you navigate the trails, there will be trivia questions posted related to this year’s design theme. You will find the correct answers posted on the next numbered post and so forth — until you complete the maze.
