
South Carolina Sunflower Festival
Vendor Application
We are looking for artisans, crafters, and demonstrators (farm, sunflower, or art-related) to enhance our customer’s experience at the 2023 SC Sunflower Festival at Denver Downs Farm. Seeking non-food/non-beverage vendors only, please. The festival will be June 24-25, July 1-2, & July 8-9. Hours are 10am-8pm daily. We are expecting an attendance of 1200+ daily.
Vendor booth fees for a 10 x 10 space:
$100 for one weekend (includes 2 vendor passes to the festival)
$200 for all three weekends (includes 2 vendor passes to the festival)
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, props, etc. Electricity can be provided with advance notice of your requirements. There is no public wifi at the farm. Additional vendor passes to the festival can be procured at a discounted rate. Set-up must be completed by 9am each day. Maximum of 2 10×10 spaces per vendor.

A very limited number of vendor spaces are available. If you are accepted to exhibit or
sell at the festival, you will get an email and invoice from Denver Downs Farm.
